Agendas and minutes
Agendas are posted at least 72 hours before a meeting, as Texas open meetings law requires. Minutes are posted after the council approves them, usually at the next meeting.

Speaking at a meeting
Sign the sheet at the chamber door before the meeting starts. You get three minutes on any item, or on anything not on the agenda during citizen comment. The council cannot discuss or act on items that are not on the posted agenda, but it can ask staff to follow up.
